Data Quality initiatives are rife with political issues that often lead to:
- Projects being delivered late, over budget or abandoned
- Poor interaction between the business and data quality functions
- Power plays and struggles between organizational silos
- Misdirected energy and lost opportunities
- Finger-pointing and blaming.
This dynamic, invigorating, and enlightening workshop will provide insight and strategies on how to create cross-functional collaboration between executives, steering committees, customers, functional managers, program managers, project managers, and project teams. Hands-on exercises, in-class coaching, and peer discussion reinforce participants' learning.
When you leave this workshop, you will never be the same...you'll be better at:
- Using concrete strategies for working more constructively across organizational silos
- Addressing issues systemically rather than personally
- Understanding the multiplicity of roles each of us play and how to approach each role with more effective behavior
